My first big challenge is breakfast
I never eat it. I snack so much at night that I don’t get hungry until 2pm.
Yikes!
Okay, so my first challenge is to make sure I get a healthy 250-400cal breakfast in EVERY DAY. Fruit, mostly, probably some yogurt for a little lean protein.
